Craft, Dallas

Why was everyone in the room dressed so...smart? New Yorkers can look downright dowdy in comparison to the folks in Dallas. No big hair here.

Red Snapper
Swiss Chard
Sugar Snap Pea salad
Romesco, the broccoli and cauliflower hybrid.

And the short ribs and broccoli rabe with orrechiette? I ate it with my hands at 130AM, after drinking buckets of La Grande Dame at the Ghost Bar earlier.
